In the words of Maria Montessori, “One test of the correctness of educational procedure is the happiness of the child.” We, at Green Gables International School, take pride in creating a second home for our students. The motto of our school lies in our name; a green campus has been combined with gables, which are triangular canopies, which create a welcoming environment of a home away home. It is a very intimate earning environment primarily because the number of children admitted to the school is limited. We currently have one section for each class, which is limited to a maximum of twenty five students. We are committed to ensuring that in the lifetime of the school, there will not be more than two sections for each class. In our school, every child will feel loved and cherished in a caring, non-judgemental environment, which is not crowded.
The sprawling campus consists of various features which have been specially designed keeping in mind the needs and wants of its young inhabitors. The entire school consists of courtyards, gathering areas, walkways, large windows and clear stories to allow for abundant light and ventilation. Large and ambient classrooms open into separate play areas, which have been specially designed to suit various age groups. There are large corridors outside the classrooms which the children may enjoy as gathering zones. There are also well-appointed activity rooms such as the music studio, dance studio and auditorium. Notably, the auditorium is a double-height space with double-height windows and a stage, designed with the motive to encourage beautiful performances from the children during their class concerts. An art room has been creatively designed to provide inspiration to young artists. We also have a well-equipped science laboratory with all requisite safety features such as wash and shower areas. Our junior and senior dining areas are connected to the rest of the school by two access points and are connected to a large kitchen, in which healthy meals are cooked using only fresh produce. There are restrooms on each floor. Our campus also has well-designed outdoor play areas, equipped with a football field, a basketball court and dedicated areas which may be used for throwball and volleyball. Every detail, from the height of the steps and basins to the furniture and colour schemes, has been hand-picked by us to create a beautiful home for your children.
As mentioned above, we provide for an intimate learning environment by ensuring that we limit the number of children we admit into the school. This helps our teachers individually connect with each and every student, further adding to the homey environment we strive to create.
Our campus is conveniently located at just a ten-minute drive from the Wipro Circle Junction, Gachibowli. We are in the vicinity of Kokapet, Kollur, Gopanapally and Wipro Circle Junction.
